The warmth with which he is greeted when he returns to a client site is testament to the great relationships and bonds he develops with clients. Thousands of people around the globe are thriving under pressure thanks to Dave’s work with them. 

Dave and Andy work on several clients together, including an award-winning global media business, and a high-growth Saas company.

Background

A career in the oil & gas industry with Gulf and Total, was followed by a senior sales role at PWC, selling professional services to global accounts.  

Dave became a Gazing Performance Systems partner in 2005 and has delivered programmes to clients in over 40 countries worldwide.

Getting personal

A sports fan, Dave particularly enjoys football and is a long-suffering fan of Southampton FC. He also enjoys music, travel and spending time with his grown up family.
