Working Knowledge

The award-winning Working Knowledge business supports Colleges that are delivering the Level 1 Award in Demonstrating Enterprise Skills and other qualificationa. Andy facilitates three fantastic programmes for Working Knowledge:  The Plunge, Splash and Flux500.

These enterprise programmes support:

• young people in education
• colleges
• local employers

This engaging programme of activities and events raises students’ aspirations, builds confidence and teaches business processes.

Andy’s role is to facilitate the events to maximise the involvement – and therefore the benefits – of students, colleges and employers.

Participating students become:

• more motivated
• better prepared for interview and the world
• more likely to complete their course
• more likely to pass an enterprise qualification

Andy facilitates enterprise events on behalf of the award-winning Working Knowledge team, working with students, employers and business experts from the community.
